The 2025 NDACC Symposium will comprise three-and-a-half days of oral and poster presentations 27-30 October. The poster sessions and group dinner will be in-person only events. The rest of the symposium will be open to remote participation. We anticipate many exciting keynote speakers, engaging presentations, and opportunities to converse with colleagues.
We welcome current members of the NDACC community, and members of the atmospheric chemistry community who hope to initiate and/or strengthen their ties to NDACC.

Abstract Submission
All oral and poster presentations require the submission of an abstract. There is no fee for abstract submission. Please have ready: presentation title; the session you are submitting to; the name, affiliation and email for all authors; and the abstract text limited to 250 words). Prepare now by reviewing the Session Descriptions. You will be asked to select presentation style preference (oral in-person, oral online, poster, or no preference). Posters will be in-person only.
Registration
All attendees must register to attend the symposium either in person or online. If you require an invitation letter for a visa or for your institution you can make your request during the registration process. Kindly note that we are not able to provide invitations to people who have not registered to attend.
Symposium Venue
The 2025 NDACC Symposium will be held in the Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel’s 2nd floor meeting space, primarily the Ocean Grand Ballroom and ballroom foyer. The hotel is located at 3501 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA 23451.
