Hotel Reservations

A limited number of group rate hotel guest rooms are available at the Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel for symposium attendees.

• The NDACC Symposium guest room rate is the prevailing GSA per diem* rate (currently $124), exclusive of taxes, and is based on availability within the group room block.
• Guest room rates are subject to state and local taxes, currently 15%, plus $2.00 per night occupancy tax.
• Book asap; the room block will remain open until 15-September, however reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
• To book by phone, call Marriott reservations at +1-888-627-8231 and reference the group name: NDACC Symposium.
• Cancellation deadline is 72 hours before arrival to avoid a fee.
• A fee of one night’s room plus tax will apply for early checkout, late cancellation, or no show; please make any changes to your departure date prior to check in to avoid a charge.
• The group rate will be offered three days before and after the meeting based on availability; call the hotel to extend your reservation if rooms are not available online.
